Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required to book physiotherapy, chiropractic care, or massage therapy at Refined Rehab. You can book directly online or contact our clinic.

What can I expect during my first visit?

Your practitioner will begin with a detailed assessment, including your medical history, current symptoms, movement testing, and any necessary orthopedic exams. After the assessment, you’ll receive a clear explanation of your diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and treatment for your condition. 

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. If your plan requires a co-payment or deductible, you can conveniently pay it at your appointment. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend confirming benefits directly with your insurer.

How many treatments will I need?

Every patient is different. Your practitioner will recommend a treatment plan based on your condition, goals, and response to care. 

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move easily. For chiropractic or physiotherapy appointments, athletic wear is ideal. For massage therapy, you will be draped appropriately according to professional standards to ensure your comfort and privacy.

Can I receive multiple treatments in the same visit?

Yes. Many patients benefit from a combination of services—such as massage followed by chiropractic care, or physiotherapy paired with exercise therapy. Our integrated team collaborates to ensure your treatments work together effectively.

Do you treat motor vehicle accident (MVA) and WSIB patients?

Yes. We provide treatment for MVA injuries and offer direct billing to auto insurance providers. We also support WSIB claims and help guide you through the paperwork and reporting requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact the clinic directly for our current cancellation policy.
